I am a professor of political science, global affairs, and public policy at the University of Toronto. I completed my PhD at the Université de Montréal in 2008 and completed postdocs at UBC and UCSD. I started at Toronto in 2010, was tenured in 2016, and promoted to full professor in 2018. I have held a few administrative roles, and am presently the Associate Director, Global Engagement at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy. I have taken sabbaticals at CSDP at Princeton and CASBS at Stanford.
